Get to know it
Foxbarrow is the quietest postcode we own: twenty-eight homes in clearings among 22 acres of oak, beech and hornbeam in the High Weald. The bluebells run the show for three weeks in spring and the tawny owls take the night shift all year. If your idea of traffic is a squirrel, this is the one.
Life at Foxbarrow
Every Dreeym community keeps the essentials — The Hearth, a guest suite for family, a workshop, allotments, EV charging — and then adds what the land suggests.
The social heart
The Hearth at Foxbarrow is half library, half log store. The fire circle outside hosts the summer solstice supper and the chestnut roast; the quiz is gentler here, allegedly.
The grounds
The wood is managed the slow way: coppice rotation, standing deadwood left for the woodpeckers, and a covenant that keeps 61% of Foxbarrow as woodland and ride, for good. The homes borrow the clearings; the trees keep the freehold, so to speak.
